From a Backyard Recipe to Rochester's Favorite Wings

Wings over started in 2009 when founder Marcus Webb began experimenting with wing recipes in his Rochester garage, inspired by family cookouts and the vibrant local food scene. What began as a passion project quickly became a neighborhood obsession — friends and strangers alike kept asking for more.

By 2011, Marcus opened the first Wings over location on W Henrietta Rd, introducing Rochester to a new standard for wings: crispy on the outside, juicy within, and tossed in bold house-made sauces that have since become iconic. Today, Wings over serves over 50,000 happy customers a year and counting.

    The Backyard Beginning

    Wings over opens its doors at 2973 W Henrietta Rd, Rochester. The opening weekend draws lines around the block — the community's response exceeds every expectation.

    We dedicate a full kitchen space to sauce development, creating what would become our celebrated 30+ flavor lineup. The "Honey Inferno" sauce becomes an instant Rochester legend.

    Online Ordering Debut
